Raspberry buttermilk cake

I love all the recipes with a diary ingredients. I adore cottage cheese, cakes with sour cream or buttermilk. This cake is typical Summer time, very fruit and moist. The recipe I found on a Gourment magazine website.

2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch salt
3,5 oz (100 g) butter
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
sugar, oil or vanilla essence
2 cups fruit (i used blueberries, apricots, originally there were raspberries)

In a bowl mix sieved flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl mix butter with sugar, vanilla and an egg. Gradually add flour to the butter mixture alternating with buttermilk. Well combine, spoon the batter into a cake pan. Decorate with fruit, sprinkle with row sugar. Bake at 400F/ 200 oC for about 30 min.
