Gingerbread cookies for one bite

To bake this cookies you can use a madeleine’s or other small cake tin. They are a great one -bite-alternative for gingerbread. So small that eating 10 don’t make feel guilty anyone, even those being on a diet! Making them take a moment!

Ingredients (make about 40 cookies)
2,3 oz (65 g) oil
1 large egg
2,3 oz (65 g) wheat flour
1,8 oz (50 g) sugar
1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mixture
½ teaspoon dark cocoa
pinch salt
pinch baking powder
powder sugar
2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts or walnuts


Method
Beat an egg until fluffy. Still beating gently add oil. Add sifted flour with baking powder and salt. Gently combine. Bake until golden brown at 360 F(180 oC).

Cold cookies sprinkle with powder sugar and chopped nuts.
