Once again that simplicity is just the best. A little bit of garlic, hot chilli and good white wine create delicious combination, that can be addictive. Ladies and gentleman I present you the shrimps- dinner ready in 5 minutes!
Ingredients
500 g (18 oz) shrimps (fresh or frozen)
3 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove
chilli (fresh or dried), amount depends on your preferences
salt
1 tbsp butter
½ cup white dry wine
3 tbsp chopped parsley
Method
Pour oil with chilli and garlic in large pan. Immediately add shrimps (frozen or fresh), fry for a few minutes (until shrimps are orange-red), stir from time to time, be careful and do not burn garlic! Cook shrimps for another minute. Take it aside, add butter and parsley. Serve with baguette.
